The plain terms that apply when you buy from this site.
These terms apply to every purchase made through this website from the studio named in the footer. By placing an order you agree to them. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything here.
Who you are buying from
The trader name, address and email are in the footer of every page. The studio is a sole trader registered in England.
The products
Every piece is a limited edition print on matte paper, unframed or framed, printed to order. Each artwork is limited to an edition of 50 across all sizes and formats, numbered in the order sold. Images on this site show the artwork as accurately as a screen allows; small differences in colour between screen and print are normal and are not a fault.
Each piece is designed by the studio and made with AI image tools. This is stated on every artwork page. The studio owns the copyright in every piece. Buying a print does not transfer copyright and does not permit reproduction.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown before payment. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through Stripe. If you pay in another currency, the conversion is made by Stripe at the rate shown at checkout.
Your order
A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been accepted. We may decline an order if a piece has sold out, if a price was displayed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. In those cases you are refunded in full.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are set out on the delivery page. Risk passes to you when the piece is delivered. If a delivery fails because the address given was wrong, the cost of re-delivery is yours.
Cancellation and returns
For prints and framed prints you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and a further 14 days to return the piece. Commissioned pieces are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled once the proof is approved. Full details are on the delivery and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Commissions
A commission begins when you approve the quoted price and pay. You receive a proof within 48 hours and two rounds of changes. Production begins only when you approve the proof. The studio will not reproduce other artists' work, trademarked characters, or the likeness of a person who has not agreed to be drawn. You confirm that you have the right to use any photograph you supply.
Certificates
Each print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity that can be verified on this site. The certificate records the edition number assigned to your print. Edition numbers cannot be chosen or changed.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, the studio's liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU.
